How to book for a group:

In order to guarantee our clients the highest level of service, each group reservation (more than 14 people) is dealt with individually at Hostel Service according to a special procedure, we pay particular attention to serving the needs of group. Below the steps needed to make a reservation are briefly outlined, showing what we do in the process.

1) 1) the first step is for you to register an interest:
- by e mail (groups@hostel.pl)
- or by telephone (+48 12 422 32 58).
At this stage, please outline your expectations and preferences with regards to the accommodation,

2) By the next working day after you have registered an interest, we will send you a reply. We will give you all the information connected with your inquiry such as which hostel we can offer you, what is the layout of the rooms available etc. In the reply you will also find our price offer too.

3) If you decide to make a reservation in one of the hostels suggested by us, we will make a provisional booking with a fixed confirmation date. If the reservation is not confirmed by that date then it will be automatically cancelled.

4) Confirmation of your reservation is made as soon as you pay the deposit. Any changes to the reservation such as length of stay, number of people or cancellation is possible up to a month before arrival. After this time the deposit is not changeable or returnable.
